United Premier Soccer League

The UPSL, or United Premier Soccer League, is an American professional development soccer league founded in 2011 to provide a competitive league structure for teams in Southern California.

In its short existence, the UPSL has made strides at becoming the most exciting pro-development league to glue one's eyes to. Concurrent with its affiliations with the U.S. Soccer Federation (USSF) and the United States Adult Soccer Association (USASA), the UPSL boasts over 400 teams from 30 conferences spread across the United States in addition to the launch of UPSL MX and UPSL Women in 2021.

The UPSL operates with a promotion and relegation system, ensuring competitive balance and providing teams with opportunities to climb the ranks. Typically, the UPSL has a two-season format, with the Fall season starting in September and running until the first weekend in February, cumulated by a national playoff, while the Spring season begins in March and runs through to the first weekend in August and concludes with a national playoff.

The Fall 2023 United Premier Soccer League season is the twenty-first edition of the competition. And among the cluster of 400-plus clubs competing in the United Premier Soccer League are thirteen Major League Soccer Academy all looking to make it to the national playoffs:
